Return and Cancellation Policies

Return Policy for Printed Products:
- Due to the custom nature of photography products, all printed items, such as albums, prints, and canvases, are non-refundable.
- In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, the item may be replaced upon inspection. Please report such issues within 7 days of receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy:
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 7 days’ notice before the scheduled session. If proper notice is not provided, the deposit will be forfeited.
- In cases of no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full package fee will be charged.

Digital Products and Edited Images:
- Due to the digital delivery of edited images, no refunds will be issued for any purchased or delivered digital files.

Force Majeure and Photographer Cancellation:
- If Obsession Photography cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, extreme weather, or other emergencies, the client will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund of the deposit.
